1. Who you are contracting with
The service is provided by Ant Dream LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. What we provide
We operate hosted web applications that you access over the internet:
- Launch List (launch-list.org) — directory submissions for product launches.
- Next SEO Blog (nextseoblog.com) — scheduled seo article writing and publishing.
We may change, add, or remove features. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will tell you by email before it takes effect and you may cancel for a prorated refund of the unused period.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done through your account. You must be at least 18 years old and must give accurate billing information. Tell us at info@antdreamllc.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
4. Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance in US dollars through Stripe. A subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel, at the price shown when you subscribed. We will email you before any price change takes effect on your account. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until it succeeds. Prices exclude any tax that we are required to collect.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use our software to:
- promote adult content, gambling, cryptocurrency or financial trading offers, pharmaceuticals, or multi-level marketing;
- publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes someone else’s intellectual property;
- submit websites or products you do not own or are not authorised to represent;
- send unsolicited bulk messages, scrape our services, or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or billing.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach was not deliberate, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix it.
7. Content and ownership
You keep ownership of the material you submit — your product details, your website content, and the articles generated for you. You grant us the limited licence needed to host that material, process it, and deliver it where you have told us to, such as publishing an article to your site or submitting your product to a directory.
We keep ownership of our software, brands, and documentation. Nothing here transfers those to you.
8. Third parties and generated content
Launch List submits your product to independent directories. We do not control whether a directory accepts, lists, or removes a submission, and acceptance is never guaranteed.
Next SEO Blog produces articles using large language models. Generated text can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing what is published on your site, and you can set articles to save as drafts rather than publish automatically.
9. Availability and warranties
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Except where the law says otherwise, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may end this agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately if you breach section 6, and we will refund any unused prepaid period unless the account was closed for abuse.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
