The short version
We collect what we need to run your account and deliver the product you paid for. We never sell, rent, or trade personal data. We never see your card number. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will do it within 30 days.
Who is responsible
Ant Dream LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at info@antdreamllc.com for anything on this page.
What we collect
- Account data — your name, email address, and password hash, so you can sign in and we can contact you about your account.
- Billing data — your plan, billing country, invoice history, and the last four digits and brand of your card. Full card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems.
- Product data — the details you enter about your product or website: name, URL, description, logo, launch dates, publishing schedule, and the site credentials or API token you connect for publishing.
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, IP address, browser and device type, collected to keep the service secure and to understand what to improve.
- Support data — the contents of emails you send us.
Why we use it
- To provide the service you signed up for (performance of contract).
- To take payment and send receipts (performance of contract).
- To keep accounts secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations (legitimate interests, legal obligation).
- To send service emails about your account. Marketing emails are only sent if you opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link (consent).
Who we share it with
We use a small number of processors, each bound by contract to handle data only on our instructions:
- Stripe — payment processing and card storage.
- Vercel — hosting and content delivery.
- Our database and email providers — storing account data and sending transactional email.
- Large language model providers — for Next SEO Blog, the topic and site context you supply are sent to a commercial model API to generate articles. This content is not used to train those providers’ models.
For Launch List, the product information you enter is submitted to the third-party directories you have asked us to submit to. That is the purpose of the product, and those directories publish it under their own terms.
We may disclose data if the law requires it, or to a buyer if the business is sold — in which case we will tell you first.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics to count visits. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Account and product data is kept while your account is open and for 30 days after you close it, after which it is deleted. Invoices and payment records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Support emails are kept for two years.
Where data is stored
Data is stored on servers in the United States and the European Union. Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA or UK, our processors rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or ask for it in a portable format. Under US state privacy laws including the CCPA, you can also ask what we collected and request deletion. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. Exercising any of these rights never changes what you are charged or what service you get.
Email info@antdreamllc.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The service is for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have, we delete it.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Passwords are hashed. Access to production data is limited to the account owner and protected by two-factor authentication. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
Changes
If we make a material change to this policy we will email account holders before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
